Budget

Our goal is to meet your budget. We ensure you achieve maximum impact from any budget: from $25,000 for a master bathroom, to $25,000 for the bathtub; from $95,000 for a total renovation, to the same sum for a single bathroom. All of our clients receive the highest standards of excellence and care. We design for total project cost: both materials and installation. We can help you refine a budget based on your goals, and suggest budget-meeting alternatives.

When a budget is feasible (as to scope of work and client goals) we see it as a challenge which can lead to exciting design solutions. When budget is not at issue, we seek to create results that surprise and delight, without unnecessarily conspicuous consumption.

Concierge service

We take care of many tasks which come up unexpectedly or don't fall under the general contractor's purview. From setting up a temporary kitchen, to dealing with city processes, to arranging for emergency pest removal, we keep your project on track - and your peace of mind intact.

Project management services

Assisting in contractor selection; vetting contracts and change orders

Negotiating with Inspectional Services or navigating other government departments

Checking in on site during construction; remaining for substantial durations during critical installations

Being available to answer questions or troubleshoot solutions
