VIRTUAL STAGING

A Sustainable Alternative

Furnished homes sell quicker and staging your home yields an average 400% return on investment, but traditional home staging may not fit the needs of all clients. As an alternative, we use cutting-edge technology to digitally furnish real estate photos. Our methodology allows us to photo-realistically render any piece of furniture or accessory imaginable into your home, including detailed texturing, reflections, and lighting.

Virtually staged images are ideal for listings, pamphlets, mail-outs, and at your property. Striking images make a lasting impression and engage buyers, most of whom now browse online, where beautiful photos make all the difference. Clients also have the advantage of viewing a home with and without furniture, not just one or the other.

Virtual staging allows clients to visualize an unlimited amount of furniture at a fraction of the economic and environmental cost of traditional staging. A computer used for virtual staging produces 1,014 lbs of carbon dioxide over its lifetime, including its manufacture, while a light moving truck produces 16,035 lbs of carbon dioxide and consumes 813 gallons of gasoline in a single year. With virtual staging, no physical consumption actually occurs until a homebuyer moves in and buys furniture to use and maintain over its useful lifetime.

Our virtual staging solution also supports open source software, such as Ubuntu Linux and WordPress, and is built upon it.

This image-only alternative philosophy fits well with the current ubiquity and efficiency of online real estate browsing, where beautiful photos are more initially relevant and engaging than site visits.
